sausages, burger, and jerky, oh my!

A hindquarter and backstraps hung in the entryway for about ten days, then we processed it- steaks, stirfry, Italian/breakfast/chipolte sausage, kielbasa, hamburger, and three kinds of jerky.

Rose wanted to just eat it raw, but I had to say no.
